What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Provide comprehensive information and support during the new student enrollment process
– Develop financial plans and timelines for applicants
– Monitor student accounts and provide guidance on financial eligibility
– Identify and overcome academic and financial obstacles with students
– Utilize data and systems to track enrollment and graduation information accurately

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Associate’s degree required
– Minimum of 1 year of customer service or advising experience in an education setting
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database software systems
– Access and maintain NSLDS system without defaulting on Title IV Federal aid
– Reliable home office environment with internet speeds that meet the minimum requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Prior experience in higher education and Title IV funding
– Knowledge and experience with online learning
– Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
– Desire to earn a Bachelor’s degree through tuition benefit program
