Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to join our team as an Online Travel Agent working with clients remotely. An ideal candidate is passionate about travel, has excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to create memorable experiences for their clients.
Responsibilities…
? Interact with clients to determine their travel preferences, needs, and budget constraints
? Research and recommend travel destinations, itineraries, and accommodations based on client requirements
? Make reservations using reservation systems or direct contacts with travel suppliers
? Provide accurate and updated information regarding travel requirements, trends and restrictions
? Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
? Handle administrative tasks, including but not limited to processing payments, issuing tickets, and managing bookings
Qualifications:
? Must live in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the United States
? Must be at least 21 years of age
? Must have either a tablet or computer and phone with internet
