Responsibilities
Come join us! Exciting opportunity to become part of the Primary Care Network team! The RN provides remote patient care, documentation and communication to patients and providers for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine practices. Responsibilities include telephone and MyChart triage, utilizing professional nursing assessment skills and identified triage standards in decision making. The RN will work closely with our Digital Health Team. Preforms other tasks as assigned, triage and experience with all ages is required. One to two years of experience in direct nursing care required.
Qualifications
Requires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing.
Level I
Applicants will have less than 6-12 months of RN experience.
Level II
Applicants will have a minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience. This position assumes the charge nurse role, actively participates in unit/service activities, supports co-workers, and assesses unit needs.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $33.00 – $42.90
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process
