Phone Triage (Evenings/Weekends)

Job Description

Aeris Medical Group is seeking a Phone Triage Associate with clinical experience to play a key role in the support of after hours patient needs. The Associate will help in providing high-quality customer service and assess need for escalation to on-call providers.
Responsibilities…
? Provide telephone support after business hours.
? Assess callers needs and resolves issues when able or escalates to on-call provider if needed.
? Document call activity
? Qualifications:
? Registered Nurse license is a plus but not required
? 1+ years of experience providing triage call support
? Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred
? Needs to be organized, dependable, and efficient
? Excellent communication skills
? General knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred
