The Customer Support Agent provides top-of-the-line customer support to our clients and their customers. This is a remote role that provides support over live chat via real-time/live conversations with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and attention to detail.Contract length: No fixed termRate: $25 – $35 per hourRequirements: You need to have… access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
