Hope Public Adjusters is looking for a highly driven Account Manager to join our team to help us sustain and continue the growth we have experienced over the last two years.
Responsibilities…
– Implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
– Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
– Conduct cold and warm calling and follow-up with potential customers to generate leads
– Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective sales strategies
– Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management
Experience:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or insurance
– Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
– Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
– Demonstrated ability in business development and expanding customer base
– Proficient in using CRM software
