Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer service software.Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required… Additional education or training in customer service is a plus. 10+2
