Job Description
Responsibilities:
Attend & make customer calls (incoming/outgoing calls)
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction
Generate sales leads & convert orders
Regular follow-ups to engage with the customers & convert leads
Follow communication procedures, company guidelines, and policies
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through clear and interactive communication
Educating the customers about product/service offerings and improving the overall customer experience
Meet sales targets and lead handling quotas (daily/weekly/monthly)
Manage the records of customer interactions
Collecting customer feedback
Take the extra mile to engage customers & convert leads
Can work on Excel, CRM & related tools
