Pinger is seeking a Customer Support Advocate to provide an effortless support experience. The Customer Support Advocate will be responsible for responding to usersâ needs through a variety of communication channels including email, chat, and SMS via Zendesk.
The schedule for this role is Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5-9pm PST, Saturday 12-8pm PST and Sunday 12-8pm PST
The hourly rate for this role is $20
The responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:
Comprehending, managing and responding to support requests submitted to Pinger
Engaging with requesters to understand how we can help them and identifying the best solution for them
Adhere to, create and modify support processes in an effort to deliver the best possible customer service experience
Requirements
Basic knowledge of mobile operations software. Particularly, iOS and Android
1-3 years of customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Remote work experience preferred, but not required
Ability to be resourceful and self-motivated
