Key Responsibilities:

Maintain detailed records of support interactions and solutions in our ticketing system.

Assist in the creation of support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Help Desk Specialist or in a similar customer support role.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with common business software applications and hardware.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Availability for part-time shifts (20-25 hours per week) with flexible scheduling options.
