The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for entering and maintaining data in Flipkart’s systems. This includes entering customer information, product information, and order information. The Data Entry Clerk must be able to work accurately and efficiently, and must be able to follow instructions carefully.
Responsibilities
? Enter customer information, including name, address, phone number, and email address.
? Enter product information, including name, description, price, and inventory levels.
? Enter order information, including order number, product(s) ordered, quantity ordered, and shipping information.
? Verify the accuracy of data entered.
? Follow all company policies and procedures.
? Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
? Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
? Strong attention to detail
? Ability to follow instructions carefully
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Basic computer skills
? Experience with data entry software is a… plus
