? Providing customers with information on products, services & offers
? Take calls from customers and do outbound calling
? Identifying customer needs
? Taking customer calls and solving queries
Bigbasket Voice Process JD – Customer Service Executive
Desired Candidate Profile
1) English & Hindi & Telugu must be fluent in all 3 languages.
2) Must take 80 to 100 calls per day.
3) Flexible for Rotational Shift timings of 9 hours. While Work from Office 8am to 8pm shift timings. While Work from Home 6am to 11.45pm.
4) 1 week off on a rotational basis. First 3 months no leaves. Need to work on public holidays later can be compensated with 1 additional off.
5) After 3 Months of Training based on performance will be given Work from Home.
6) Typing Speed: Min 20 WPM.
7) If Fresher 2022 and above pass out only. Max 2 years? experience only.
8) Must travel on your own. No transportation allowance.
Education
Any (10+2, Diploma, Degree); (Not eligible BE/B. Tech & PG)
0-11 months of work… experience is considered as Freshers.
Experience only in BPO will be considered.
Above 12 months must provide Relieving letters & Payslips.
Benefits
